Eurasian Internship Program

Dear Students,

Global Malaysian Project (GMP) would like to invite students who will be graduating in 2010 to submit their resumes at www.globalmalaysian.org.

GMP is a not-for-profit initiative to attract Malaysian students overseas to come back and work in Malaysia. Through GMP Resume Data Bank Project, we compile a collection of resumes from graduating Malaysian students from foreign universities, annually, and distribute the database to companies and recruiters in Malaysia.

If you are planning to attend the Malaysian Midwest Games in May, please submit your resumes by 1 March 2010 to be considered for possible on-site interviews during the Games.

UMP will organize an official visit to USA from 12-18 December 2009. We will have ‘Fellowship Scheme’ interview session for Malaysian student during our visit.

UMP invites all Malaysians interested in pursuing postgraduate studies to apply for the UMP Fellowship Scheme.

The beautiful Hotel Phillips is renowned for its contemporary art deco style. As the recent recipient of one of the "Best Hotels in Kansas City" by Ingram's Magazine, they proudly house 12 Baltimore. Their 217 room hotel, located steps from the Kansas City Convention Center, also houses 8 meeting rooms with over 5,750 square feet of meeting space.  They are currently seeking the following positions for immediate employment:
 
Rooms Division
Room Attendant- hotel housekeeping experience is preferred but not required; must be able to lift up to 45 pounds unassisted.

Food and Beverage Position
Applicants for the following positions must either posses or test within 10 days of hire for the City of Kansas City required Liquor card and Food safety course.

AM Server –strong customer service and multi tasking skills are needed. Experience preferred but not required; must be over 18 years of age.

Engineering
Engineer I - Hotel or equivalent experience is preferred. 3 years experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC is required.
