the Malaysian Government (Ministry of Higher Education – MOHE and
Malaysian Aerospace Council – MAC) along with other industry and
university partners to embark on this exciting program called LEADER.
The
program has the following objectives:
- To train 24
Malaysian engineering graduates
such that they will to be able to design aircraft secondary and
primary
structures. Training will be conducted at industry partners’
facilities/offices.
- To develop the
ability to communicate
effectively and confidently in English with senior engineers from
Original
Equipment Manufacturers
(OEM) and other
sub tier customers.
- To develop a
solid grasp in the fundamental
of mathematics behind structure mechanics.
- To develop a
working knowledge of aerospace
OEM methods and structural design philosophies.
- To develop the
ability to understand and
utilize technical reports and information in OEM supplied formats.
- To develop the
ability to function
effectively in an engineering team working on primary and secondary
structures.

a US graduate myself (Purdue 98), I am presenting this opportunity for
our
Malaysian engineering students in US who are keen in joining the
aerospace
industry in Malaysia upon graduation. Note that this
program is open to Malaysian students only (currently on their final
year and

Eurasian Internship Program The CIBE (Center for International Business
